What we repair
- Cracked or unresponsive screens (screen and digitizer replacement)
- Other phone and tablet repairs: describe the problem in your request and we'll let you know what's involved
We also sell the replacement screens, batteries, charging ports, camera parts and repair tools in our parts shop.
Pricing
- Phone repair labor starts at $99 for drop-off at the shop.
- On-site repair at your location: $199 labor.
- Parts are extra and depend on your device model. Parts are quoted and billed separately after inspection and confirmation of your model.
Repairs and data recovery begin with a diagnostic fee. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost. See our Service, Repair & Custom Build Policy.
Warranty
Completed repairs are warranted for 90 days against failure of the specific parts and workmanship involved. This does not cover new or unrelated issues, physical damage, liquid damage or misuse.

- We contact you by your preferred method about the problem.
- We inspect the device, confirm the model and quote the parts it needs.
- Repair time depends on the device, the repair and parts availability.
Please back up your data before service if your device still works, and don't send passwords or unlock codes through the website.
