- What happened: dropped, liquid, won't turn on, deleted files, clicking drive, and so on
- Which files matter most to you
If the device is failing, stop using it until we've looked at it. Continued use can make recovery harder.
Pricing and what to expect
- Data recovery begins with a diagnostic fee. If you go ahead, the fee is applied toward the total cost.
- Recovery is done on a best-effort basis. We can't guarantee that any data will be recovered, and diagnostic and attempt fees may apply regardless of outcome.
- We access data on your device only as needed to perform the service you requested.
